Debbie is a pastry chef with professional training and real life experience. Debbie is able to create all your favorite pastries and all the popular items you see in any bakery. Her Italian heritage and learning to bake with her Mother and Grandmother, has given her an added layer of knowledge to create the old-world Italian pastries that she grew up with and always reminds her of home.

Italian Cheesecake – Sweet tart dough filled with a baked sweet ricotta filling. Available in various sizes.

New York Style Cheesecake – A traditional graham cracker crust with a sweet, smooth, creamy baked cheese filling.

Cannoli – a flaky/crunchy pastry shell filled with a creamy sweet ricotta cheese filling

Napoleon – flaky, buttery puff pastry layers between pastry cream

Tiramisu – a delicious tower built with traditional sponge cake, lady fingers, sweet cream, all soaked in a sweet Khalua syrup. 

Pasticciotti – The Italian Cream Puff! Sweet tart dough filled with fresh lemon Custard. 

Sfogliatelle – It means “Many Layers”. A crispy shell stuffed with a baked ricotta cream with pieces of candied fruit inside.

Almond Macaroon Tart – Sweet tart dough filled with an almond paste cream and a thin, shiny, delicious layer of raspberry jam.

Cream Puff – French pastry dough (choux pastry) filled with a sweet pastry cream

Fruit Tart – A sweet tart pastry dough, filled with a basic custard or an almond pastry cream, covered is a shimmering layer of the season’s best fruit.

Struffoli – Also known as “Honey Balls” – this is a delicious ring of small deep fried dough balls, which have been cooked in honey. The end result is a large pile of delicious, sweet, sticky gems......all sprinkled with traditional colored sprinkles. A special holiday treat for the family!
